We are proud to announce that we have been able to put a new fiber optic connection into operation at our data center in Helsinki. We are now directly connected to the digital data center in Radiokatu, 25 km away, with the Finnish internet exchange hub FICIX. This connection with 10 GBit/s enables us to expand our network in Northern Europe with immediate effect.
We are currently connected with 10 GBit/s Cogent Communication. The bandwidth can be expanded up to 100 GBit/s. In addition to the connection to Cogent Communication, we have now also activated a redundant glass fiber to Hetzner Online with 2x 10 GBit/s.
